Burger has achieved critical and public acclaim for his unique vision. Since the launch of his firm in 1987 he has composed a broad-spectrum portfolio which includes award-winning contemporary homes in Newport Beach & Laguna Beach CA, turn of the century mansions in Newport RI, High-rise apartments in Los Angeles, Chicago, Florida, and New York, resort hotels, health clubs and restaurants, and many private residences in both the United States and abroad. His clients include European Royalty, American sports heroes, Chairmen of Fortune 500 Companies, TV and film celebrities and people who prefer anonymity. He describes himself as a man on a mission to return style, elegance, glamour, and comfort to his clients.

The son of two European families born and raised in the quietude of Indiana in a home filled with artworks by Rubens, Van Dyke and Vermeer. He spent his summers traveling throughout Europe and Asia refining his knowledge of design and architecture. A graduate of Indiana University with multiple degrees after traveling and working in Europe in the early 80’s, decided to complete his education at the New York School of Interior Design.

Thomas is a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), ADAS (Architectural & Decorative Arts Society, BOMA (Building Owner & Management Association), National Historic Society, Metropolitan Museum NYC, The Museum of Modern Art NYC.

Mr. Burger not only transforms the interior of spaces but actively regenerates the exteriors and landscaping for each project to create a comprehensive experience. "It s not just about designing beautiful spaces and being recognized for such, its about impacting the human soul, the human experience", he explains. "My designs are meant to take us into a new and wonderful future, a future that would not be possible unless we begin to take a stand for it; a regeneration of the human soul and of the planet itself.
